I am not receiving my OTP (One-Time Pin) email to Sign In to my student portal

OTP emails are automatically sent by our system as soon as you request them. In most cases where students do not receive their OTP, the issue lies with the receiving mail server. Depending on its configuration, your email server may block or filter these messages.

We recommend that you contact your IT administrator to trace the message or adjust any filtering rules that may be preventing OTP delivery.

If your IT administrator confirms that the server is not blocking the email, please let us know. Our technical team will then conduct a further investigation on our side.
