Focusing research on academic principles

Focusing research on academic principles

Solving worldwide problems is not a simple extrapolation of findings on a small scale across a larger population.  There may be similarities, but cannot be assumed, or generalised.  Please narrow your research to your unique workplace of the organisation in which you work.   You do not have the time and the resources to conduct a worldwide study.  When you conduct research you use the rules and techniques of research.  It is like flying, you use the rules and techniques of flying.  The rules for worldwide research will require you to have a sample population in different countries, different airlines, different nationalities etc.
