Grammar is the way in which words are put together to form proper sentences.  Someone's grammar is how they obey or do not obey the rules of grammar when they write or speak.  Grammar is the characteristic system of inflections (the change of form that words undergo to mark such distinctions as those of case, gender, number, tense, person, mood, or voice) and syntax of a language.
